Devils Ivy/ Pothos / Money Plant

The species is a popular house plant in temperate regions, but has also become naturalized in almost every region. It can be cultivated from a cutting and is also efficient at removing indoor pollutants such as formaldehyde, trichloroethylene, toluene, xylene, and benzene.
The plant is sometimes used in aquariums, placed on top of the aquarium and allowed to grow roots in the water. This is beneficial to the plant and the aquarium as it absorbs many nitrates and uses them for growth.

Dracaena

It will grow with minimal sunlight and should be placed where there is ample space as it grows very fast. Pruning is required often for controlling the height.
Rated as one of the best plants for removing trichloroethylene from the air, the Dracaena is also one of the easiest house plants to grow.

Areca palm

This plant can grow indoor but with minimum sunlight. More light can cause the leaves to turn yellow. The plant is useful in filtering xylene and toluene from the air. It also works effectively as an effective humidifier.
If the tips of your plant go brown, this usually indicates your air is too dry. Ensure your plant has a good, loam based potting soil and fertilize on a regular basis, except in winter.

Aloe vera

The plant can help clear the air of pollutants found in chemical cleaning products, and when the amount of harmful chemicals in the air becomes excessive, the plants’ leaves will display brown spots.
The gel of the aloe plant has a number of healing properties.
